How do I install an agent?
Browse the marketplace, open the pack you want, and click Install. You'll pick a workspace, authorize the connectors the pack needs, and choose an approval policy (auto-approve, single-approver, or four-eyes). The first run kicks off in a sandbox so you can see exactly what the agent does before it touches real data.
What payment methods do you support?
AgentHub bills in USD only. We accept the major credit and debit card networks via our payment processor, and enterprise customers can be invoiced on net terms after a credit review. Plan changes are self-serve from the workspace billing settings, with prorated transitions on the next invoice.

Sellers submit a formal application that an admin reviews. Once approved, you can promote a buildout to a marketplace listing. Every public listing has to pass the platform's eval gate, declare its connector scopes, and publish a clear approval policy. New listings — and material updates to existing listings — pass through a moderation queue before they go live.
Where do I find my API key?
API keys are issued from Settings → Developer inside your workspace. The full token is shown exactly once at creation time; AgentHub stores only the prefix and a hash of the secret half, so recovery is impossible by design. Lose a key, revoke it, and issue a new one — see the API reference for the token format and the scope catalog.
How do I rotate my API key?
Open Settings → Developer, click Rotate on the key you want to replace, and copy the new token. The old token stays valid for a short overlap window (configurable per workspace) so you can update your scripts without downtime, then it's revoked automatically. Every rotation lands in the workspace audit log.
What's the SLA?
Team plans get a best-effort uptime target with priority chat support. Enterprise plans get a contractual 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with credits if we miss it, plus a dedicated solutions engineer and incident-response commitments. Live state for every platform component is published on the status page in real time.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account and choose Delete account. Deletion runs as a queued job that revokes sessions immediately and removes personal data within 30 days, retaining only the records we're legally required to keep (invoices, audit log entries tied to security events). You can also start a formal data subject access or erasure request from the legal vault.
