Do you store payment card numbers?
No. We never see, store, or transmit raw card data. Our payment processor handles tokenization; we keep only metadata required for billing reconciliation.
What happens when I exceed my run limit?
On Team, runs continue at $0.04 each and appear on the next invoice. On Starter, runs are blocked until the next billing cycle — your data stays put and approvals stay queued.
Can I bring my own LLM provider keys?
Enterprise customers can route through our gateway with their own provider keys. We still enforce policy, approvals, citations, and audit — keys never live in agent sandboxes.
What's an 'approval-gated agent' and does every plan get them?
Every plan, including Starter. Every external write, send, or destructive action goes through a human-readable, hash-pinned approval before it runs. There is no plan where this is optional.
Do you support BAAs / DPAs?
DPAs are available on Team and Enterprise. BAAs are Enterprise-only and require a documented compliance review before activation.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle, so you keep paid features through the period you've already covered.
